Taylor received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Saint Francis University, PA in 2013 and 2014. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has a well-rounded background in the field of Occupational Therapy, ranging from working in home health, hospital, and school-based settings to outpatient Orthopedics. After a career-ending injury as a Division I athlete, Taylor developed a unique understanding of the benefits of mind-body medicine for healing. Taylor has a passion for integrating holistic practices into her treatment interventions. She became a member of the Holistic OT Community in 2019 where she has continued her knowledge of complementary techniques to incorporate into the field of OT.

Taylor also holds certifications in Modern Cupping Therapy, Reiki I & II Healing, and is currently pursuing her certification in Functional Medicine Health Coaching. She is passionate about Health, Wellness, and prevention, Functional Medicine, and Health Coaching. She is excited to spend personalized time with her clients to improve their functioning in their daily tasks/activities (occupations). Taylor has expertise in motor, cognitive, and social interaction skills, as well as physiological body structures and functions. She is skilled in helping clients identify and overcome areas of dysfunction in their lives, meet their goals, and experience healing, well-being, and joy.

Taylor recently relocated back to the East Coast from the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. She is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with communities on the East Coast. She enjoys hiking, yoga, rollerblading, and traveling. Taylor provides interventions for pain, physical and mental ailments, stress management, sleep hygiene, fall/safety education, meal preparation, compensatory strategies, and more.
